Seems like they don’t need or want business, I don’t know how they are even still open and haven’t shut down. Maybe this store is just a front for money laundering? IDK but nothing but bad reviews and every time I’ve tried to go it is never open! It just looks dirty and dusty and dark like no one is ever there. Horrible store and management

I called the customer service and the representative told me I can just simply return my items with my email receipt in any of their stores. So I came to this one. The staff told me I could only get 13$ refund for a 44$ item (Original package with warp) without the packing slip. I told them I have my email receipt, they didn’t even want to try. They didn’t look at it. I went to another GNC store, the manager entered my phone #, found my purchase history and issued me full refund immediately.
