    Every step of UCLA medical care takes a minimum of 1 month between making an appointment, seeing the doctor, getting any tests done, etc. It turns the diagnosis into a 2 to 3 month process. We switched our medical to UCLA and have regretted it ever since. Excuses like one nurse being out delays the ability to get even a stress test for a cardiac patient delayed by months. This is an absolutely unacceptable level of care.
