    I arrived 30 minutes before opening, knowing that I didn’t have an appointment. It took about 45 minutes for someone to finally tell us that they don’t accept walk-ins. It was truly a waste of time — I would have appreciated it much more if they had made it clear from the start that they don’t take people without appointments.
