- DKDarwin Knaggs3 days ago1.0Time and time again, absolutely one of the most difficult and unprofessional pharmacies I've ever had to work with. Zero communication, and you'd think they were getting paid extra to make it difficult to pick up uncontrolled medication. Looking forward to moving to a different provider.
- VVValerieJan 21, 20261.0the store? amazing. the pharmacy? horrendous. always rude, very uninformed about how to speak to hard of hearing people, and do not care if you need your medications refilled on time due to harsh withdrawals from them. like any antidepressant, i needed them right away and even skipped a day to give them time to get it to me. i called and was told same day delivery simply could not happen even though i ordered in the correct timeframe. i was then asked “why dont you just come pick them up?” completely ignoring the fact i had already explained that my family lives across state lines and my garage door had broken at the time. i was told to just figure it out. complete unprofessionalism and negligence on their part now causes me to go through withdrawals for who knows how long and possibly ending up needed emergency medical care due to the dosage i am on. there was also somebody else there who while refusing to speak to me clearly kept giving the girl on the phone instructions on what to say. do better and have empathy. ps i heard the girl go “why didn’t they ship it out” before i was put on hold for about 10 minutes and was then told to figure it out. basic empathy and kindness will go a long way in this world, remember that.
