  This was my second visit to this location. My first experience was very positive; the staff member who helped me was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Unfortunately, my second visit was the complete opposite. The employee who assisted us did not greet me and responded to my questions with clear attitude, including eye-rolling. I was there to get glasses for my child, and she was also rude to him while taking his measurements, which was especially upsetting. I believe customer service especially when working with children should be handled with patience and professionalism. Being treated this way was disappointing, and because of this experience, I will not be returning.

  Friendly staff and fair pricing. The only issue I have is that whenever you order new lenses or frames through them, they never call to notify you when the order arrives. You always have to call to find out yourself. This has been the case since I started coming here at five years old, and it’s still the same, which is pretty disappointing. By now, I would expect them to do the due diligence of notifying customers when frames or lenses are ready for pickup. I ask one of the girls at the counter on the phone regarding this matter today and she had no answer for me except for I don’t know that’s how it is. Wow 😮 really!!!

  My experience with North Bay Optometric Vision was a very good one. I had an eye infection and they saw me the same morning. The staff were very friendly and kind. Dr. Kong was caring and thoroughly explained how to administer my prescribed eye drops. I will be returning for my annual eye exam in the near future. Thank you, NBVC!

  Told them i needed the glasses for my class A physical..gave them an entire month to get me my glasses...i insisted on getting whatever glasses woukd come the fasetest yet they insured me it did t matter as it would take up to two weeks at most...were at start of week four now and they told me they havent even sent the frames of to company who takes 2weeks to do there part..so now i have to take a physical and hope i can pass eye test or lose my liscense
