    The staff were all very attentive and patient. They answered all of my questions and helped me pick out my frames. Marissa was my main point person and was great throughout the whole process. She was kind and patient. There was also a team effort that created a positive experience. They were all very knowledgeable about my insurance coverage. The time with the doctor was fast, yet he explained the results of my tests, was willing to answer questions, and identified my new prescription.

    I'm glad other people are having such positive experiences. I didn't. I'm hoping my experience was just a fluke! I've had great experience in the past, but they've had a complete turnover of new employees and a new optometrist. This time didn't go that great for me. Two weeks ago I met with the new optometrist for an appointment and contact fitting. He did fine, but he didn't leave the technicians with a contact prescription, so couldn't leave and find contacts elsewhere if I wanted to. He wanted me to try on various contacts and then connect back with him AGAIN to let him know which ones I wanted to order. I thought that was silly because this is all old hat to me (I've been wearing contacts for 25 years). I've not had this experience in the past and the manager said that since I was a new patient for the optometrist they had to go through this process. When I went to pick out glasses and order contacts, the technicians were nice and helpful. I was indecisive and they were very patient with me. So kudos to them. But, then we sat at the computer for about 45 minutes trying to use the various systems/applications and NO system seemed to work. At some point, my tech had to write down all my details. The only thing that worked was the Square card scanner to charge me for my visit and the glasses I was ordering. I left with no contacts to "try" except a pair on my face, which were the "up and up" which ended up being very uncomfortable. I called a week ago and still no contacts were in for me to try on. I still haven't been able to ORDER contacts yet. It's been two weeks. Then today I called them and they said an order just came in yesterday with my trial contacts and my glasses. Oops, spoke with the technician, who called me right back, and she said my lenses were made wrong and I needed to wait 1-2 weeks for new glasses. I just said we can cancel the glasses order. I'm GOOD.
