Jennifer’s class was excellent—the pace felt just right, and she was very attentive when it came to offering modifications, which I really appreciated. It made the class feel accessible while still being a great challenging workout. I would definitely come back to this location again!

Stella and GiGi greet you by name every time you walk in, always with a warm smile that makes you feel instantly comfortable. I would encourage anyone—young or old, big or small, already fit or just starting their fitness journey—to give it a try. The instructors are equally inclusive. Whether you want to turn things up with a “spicy” challenge or take a more “mild” approach with accommodations, there is a class for you. It truly feels like a space where everyone belongs.
