  I was able to make an appointment online. When I arrived, the check in was easy and fast. The waiting room was large and clean with many seats. I was taken at my appointment time. The technician was efficient and professional.

  If you don't make an appointment wait could easily be over an hour. No instructions for a test needed to be done at home. No one to talk to once you're there, only tablets to check in on. Highly recommend making an appointment and having no questions about anything.

  I go to Quest on Magnolia STE 205 Because I am a hard stick. I prefer to o to the girls in station 4 or 5 who both are excellent! I would like to give them a high score for being so nice and always getting me on the first stick. They are always fast and I am in and out of there fast.

  The staff is extremely rude. My 60 year old mother was discriminated because she didn’t speak English and wasn’t able to check in on their iPads/digital screens. Another patient was kind enough to help her out. The staff was rude to my mother and made her wait in the lobby for over 4 hours….just completely disregarding her despite asking for help multiple times. Disgraceful! Not to mention, this could be considered a violation of patient confidentiality, as my mother was forced to disclose personal information to a random person due to no one in the staff willing to help. Everyone deserves a fair and equal treatment, regardless of their skin color or their lack of ability to communicate in English.
