  It's a very good place; when you make an appointment, they attend you very quickly. Of course, when you don't make an appointment, you take too long, but that's okay.

  Cynthia is extremely kind, compassionate and empathetic towards all of her patients. She is efficient and gentle. She made me feel like I mattered as a patient.

  Excellent online appointment website and the employees greet every client with their names. The rooms are also clean and well organized.

  The check in process was fast and easy, I had an amazing experience thanks to Ashley, I came in feeling a bit nervous, but she made sure to answer all my questions, explained the process in detail, and she made me feel comfortable. She was truly amazing and professional. Thank you for your help !

  Techs are awesome. I am a hard draw, but they get it 98% of the time on the 1st draw. However... I had a 2 pm appointment. My prior appointment at 12:45 was canceled due to some emergency; since I was already out and close to the lab, I arrived at 1. I sat there until close to 3pm while walk-ins went ahead of me. That's just wrong!!! When I arrived, there was just 1 person ahead of me, a walk-in, but after me came a steady flow of walk-ins. All of which were seen before me. I should have been the next one on the walk-in list. I feel I should have been moved automatically to the walk-in list. In my opinion, if someone gets to their appointment a minimum of 30 minutes early, they need to be added to the walk-in list, but they should never bump someone with an appointment. That needs to be fixed!!
