  Done both on wasting you're time with this place. I went once last year (2025). I needed work done and they were to call me once my insurance approved to work. And I never got a call back. I called on Tuesday 4/7/26 & they are closed on Tuesdays so the answering service sent an email for a call back & nothing. I called 4 times on Wednesday 4/8/26 & no one answered at all. So I tries again today and got the answering service again. But no worries all was right with the world again. Cause he was gonna send another email for me. I said don't bother. How can a company stay in business when they don't answer the phone and make appointments. So done waste more time, horrible service. But I can say that the receptionist were nice. But nice doesn't help my toothache.

  It was a excellent visit where they gave me a option to save my tooth that another dentist told me had to be pulled and and replaced with a expensive implant.

  I've been going here about 3 years now and am very pleased. I have a great fear of dentists and would not go back if anything was the least bit bothersome. I have gotten appointments the next day when needed. The office is bright and clean and all staff very helpful. My first time there, I didn't realize my problem needed special treatment due to past medications, and the dr immediately sent me to 2 specialists and eventually to Loma Linda. I certainly appreciate his knowledge, concern, and follow-through. I also very much appreciate that there is no pressure to necessarily have procedures done, but an honest evaluation of what might be able to wait until it becomes a problem. (As opposed to other offices where the dr/staff pressure you while you can see them adding up the $$ they're going to make)

  Have been here multiple times and each time there’s been issues. Had 3 prep appointments for an oral surgery, but in not one of those appointments did they mention what my day of cost would be. Went in later for a cleaning, after many missed calls on their end, and not returning voicemails, I finally was able to make an appointment, only to go in and have them tell me they will “probably have to do a deep cleaning” before even having me sit in the chair. (Mind you, I don’t even bleed when I brush or floss). Dentist comes in and isn’t able to do anything other than “look” at my teeth and give me referrals to lots of other doctors to go to. Definitely do not recommend this office if you’re looking for proper care for one of the most important parts of your body.
