- AVAlana VazquezOct 2, 20255.0EDIT: I picked up my glasses yesterday (Oct 8), after ordering them on Oct 2. Originally, I was told 2 weeks but was very happy they arrived early! The sales associate was very helpful and quick in retrieving the glasses. I informed her that I was between classes at university and she accommodated me promptly! She ensured they fit correctly and that the prescription was correct. I also found out the GENEROUS technician from last week, who helped me select the frames, is named Jaymie! Jaymie, you were so kind and patient. I filled out the paperwork before arriving and was seen promptly, once Dr. Price concluded with the previous patient. The lady at the front desk was helpful and efficient in conducting the pre-test. Dr. Price himself was personable and explained everything in the scans. He was thorough in the assessment. Insurance covered the entire appointment and I was only billed for the image of the back of the eye (opposed to dilation which is covered by insurance). After the appointment, the woman at the front desk escorted me next door to select frames. The technician at the eyewear station (Jaymie) was SO helpful! She went above and beyond to ensure I chose the correct pair. She asked for my preferences, if I have ever had glasses before, and made great suggestions! She was very patient with me and made sure that I chose the right ones. She also gave me a quote on the full glasses with my insurance and gave me a CLEAR view of what I had to pay. She was very clear and easy to understand. She also informed that I would expect the glasses in ~2 weeks and that I will be notified when they are ready to pickup. Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Price himself and all the staff!
