  I went to this location last year and had a great experience ordering glasses from Carl. He was awesome. I went in a couple weeks ago just to try on some glasses (I have a really small face & it's hard to find glasses that fit). I took a bunch of pairs off the racks and set them on the counter. I don't know the name of the woman who was there but I let her know that I would be sanitizing the glasses with my disinfectant wipes before trying them on. I started wiping a pair with my wipes and she said in a rude tone "do those have alcohol in them"?. I said to her, I don't know they're disinfectant wipes and she said rudely, "I can't have you use those, they'll damage my lenses, I can get some cleaner for you". Well I waited thinking she would being me some cleaner and she didn't, so I continued to clean the glasses with my wipes. Then she said again in a very rude tone "I can't have you use those on my glasses, they'll damage my lenses". After that I put every pair back where I got them and walked out! Needless to say I won't be giving them my business, I'll order online. First off they are demo displays, who gives a crap what the lenses look like, they are for display and for people to try on!!!! I seriously doubt that those 2 pairs I wiped are damaged! Second, if anyone thinks I'm going to put pairs of glasses on my face that tons of people have tried on and put on their faces, THINK AGAIN, THAT'S DISGUSTING!!!! Target, I'd strongly suggest hiring people who aren't rude to customers and if you're going to have employees make a big deal about customers sanitizing demo glasses or any equipment before putting them on, then that's a huge concern. Especially when their are diseases like COVID, etc. It should be mandatory for all optical shops to sanitize their demo glasses and equipment before people put them on!!!! I went to lenscrafters and they had no issues with me sanitizing their glasses before trying them on!
