Abdon helped me pick out glasses. He was so great having me try on pairs that I never would have thought to try. He was knowledgable with shapes and colors that would complement my face shape and coloring. He explained all the lens options and made the experience a pleasant one. Thank you Abdon for finding me the perfect pair of glasses!

We had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Hiffaz. He helped both my husband and me with excellent customer service — very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for him!

The Store Manager and licensed optician Abdon turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a 12/10 experience.
Long story short: I was told I could take my Victoria Gardens quote to the Tyler location and order my glasses. Turns out - not as easy as I thought it would be. After being told that they could order the only pair from the shop floor at Victoria Gardens and have them sent (who doesn’t want a brand new pair from the warehouse, am I right?) I declined in frustration and was about to walk out… UNTIL the shop manager began asking some really great questions like “Do you have a picture of those sunglasses?”, “What shape/color were they?” instead of letting me walk away frustrated.
I told them what I was looking for and what I liked about the original. THEN the shop manager pivoted and paired me with an associate that I IMMEDiATELY cliqued with (the original associate - not so much, although I was quite short and on my lunch - probably my fault). This genius move in pairing me with a patient and knowledgeable associate that understood me and what I was looking for turned the experience to probably one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time (and I work in luxury retail). Abdom found a pair of glasses that I like even MORE than the original pair, took the time to get to know me and made me want to spend more time in the store. Bravo Abdon! Never been happier to spend $500 in my life.
Thank you both for the incredible service. I can only hope that the Luxoticca/LensCrafters Regional leaders are able to read this message. Happy to provide more feedback if requested.

Went in to buy some sunglasses, looked very clearly as if I needed help and there were dead yet still nobody even bothers to help smh terrible customer service go to clear vision optometry on magnolia for better service
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
