The office staff was very attentive to the patients. The Office Manager was detailed and took the time to explain not only procedures, but was very helpful with insurance questions. The support staff was well trained, synchronized and efficient as well. Dr. Choi is a seasoned veteran, and very professional in his approach to treatment plans. The approach to patient care in this office assures me that I have found the right place. Looking forward to continuing the process with Dr. Choi and his team.
