  I have been trying to cancel my subscription since last year in 2023. When I was at work I would call during my lunch or break to cancel my subscription ( the classes did not fit with my new work schedule), but no one would answer (they only have an automated voice message). So, I paid for 7+ months and did not use the service as I should for how much I paid (maybe about 5 classes or so I attended). I finally found an e-mail and canceled my subscription that way on 1/2024. The manager Brittney did not want to waive the ONE time late fee that I had for 12/2023 of $10.00 (my items had gotten stolen and I still called to pay for the service - the number I used is to a different place or service they use to collect payments). She didn't take the time to ask what was the reason for cancelling and said that I would still need to pay for the next billing cycle because we need to tell them 30 days in advance. I would like her manager to contact me due to the lack of professionalism with this studio and not making it easy for people to cancel this subscription. Thank you.

  Signed up and now canceling due to the lack of professionalism by this company. They never return emails or phone calls, I can’t even reserve a class or secure a spot on their app. Leaving after pure frustration.
