  Read if you want an honest opinion……I’ve been a patient with Alertive health for the past 4 years but Dr Freeman was my doctor. Love love love him. Unfortunately he left the practice to follow his dreams and I criedddddd. He really listened and cared he became family. But I still need pain management. I had to find a new doctor so I gave Dr Kajbaf or Dr K a chance and WOWWWWWW. Before he opened his mouth and spoke to me I could feel his warmth. Once we started talking I knew I made the right decision. I love how honest he is. He communicates very well a listens to your concerns. The transition has been extremely smooth and I can’t say enough about the staff. If you’re looking for a pain management doctor with a great staff give them a call 🙂

  this is a joke not a clinic ! I have seen a doctor and i was told i will get an referral for MRI , within two days , its been 4 weeks and i cant get it and I'm calling everyday and speaking to staff and they have no idea what is going on , the lady is telling me that i have follow up visit in couple of days but she doesn't understand that the follow up is for the MRI scan witch i still have not get a referral for . Don't waste your time its seems to be scam

  Very friendly and professional staff. I was able to get an appointment the same day. I would highly recommend Alertive Healthcare.

  They do not answer the phone, they have an answering service and can't do anything other than "let the office know" I have been waiting on a medication refill for over a month, the male who answers doesn't know what he's doing and the female always has a dog barking in the background. The office aesthetic is nice but put more money into training and retaining staff over decor.

  In the beginning it was a pleasant experience and helpful staff. Now no one answers the phone and the message says they’ll return the call in 48 hours. It’s a nightmare to get a prescription refilled. Every time I have come in for an appointment, there is all new staff and I’m seeing a new doctor or PA. My lady appointment they called me 40 minutes before to reschedule, due to my Dr. was not with the practice. Then I was late 5 minutes after the cut off, the parking is terrible and I’m handicapped, and they told me they were. Or going to see me and they were going to reschedule my appointment. This place is not even busy. I had to get upset for them to see me. I will be looking for a new primary doctor.
