  Visited Quest at 1071 El Camino Real. I would say it is convenient while the service is really bad. I was trying to be friendly to the nurse who's helping me on the testing. When I asked questions (2 questions on payment and receipt), she's very impatient, which made me upset. As a comparison, my family visited Quest in MP before yesterday. They really enjoyed the service. Will avoid visiting Quest at 1071 El Camino Real.

  First , I want to say that all this was not the nurses fault. She needed to be supported. 1) Nurses printer was not working so she had to manually label all 5 of my blood draws. 2) For my urine sample I went in the restroom and tried to follow the printed instructions for giving a urine sample. 3) There was no Soap to wash my hands! 4) There were no paper towels to dry my hands! 5) There were no Towlettes to wash my genital area! 6) The toilet was not flushing properly and there was a sign showing you how to REACH IN to the tank to pull the stopper chain to flush the toilet!!! Really!!?? 7) I ended up trying to use toilet paper to dry my hands! This was ridiculous. Let's get some Personal Hygene going at Quest Diagnostics!
