I will update my review if anything changes. Do NOT try to fill your prescriptions here especially if you're trans. They've been giving me the runaround for four days on a prescription they said had "incorrect dosage information". I fully made a new appointment with my doctor and watched her fill out the prescription correctly, only to have the pharmacist tell me it was "still incorrect" and she would "print it out and SHOW me". This is the same prescription from the same doctor that I've been filling for almost a year at a different Safeway pharmacy with NO ISSUES. Do NOT GO HERE especially if you're dealing with a time sensitive prescription, they're more than happy to let you suffer hormonal withdrawals because *they can't be bothered*.

My doctor's office told me they have the most trouble with this pharmacy. Safeway rejects prescriptions and demands extra information from doctors that other pharmacies do not require. I'm transferring to CVS.

WARNING!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!! I have been going to this pharmacy for a year now and aside from the bad customer service, I honestly think something suspicious is going on here. If you do end up going here, count your pills when you get them at the counter before you take them home. At first I thought I was crazy and maybe messing up my daily dose, but after many prescription refills, there are pills that are missing every time. First it was 1. Then 2. Then 1 again. Then 3. When I called, the person was extremely defensive, which is understandable. I don’t want to assume the worst, but I can’t help but think that someone in there is shaving some off the top as it is consistently the same medication that is getting shorted. I never write bad reviews, EVER, but I have never experienced anything like this before in my life and I have been taking medication for over half my life. Seriously, if you get meds from here, count them in front of them. If I have to give this warning though, that speaks volumes as to why you should find somewhere else to take your business.
