  All I needed to do was pick up a test to bring home, but there is no where to talk to a real human at this Quest. They force you to check in on an iPad and sit and wait for an appointment, but I didn’t need that. i walked across the street to LabCorp and they have real humans sitting at the front desk that helped be out in 5 minutes. I was trying to choose between Quest & LabCorp and I will forever choose LabCorp moving forward.
