  Y6 is AMAZING. When I first started at Y6, someone at the studio told me, “Y6 revolutionized my life — just stick with it.” I listened… and wow, was she right. Y6 has truly transformed my life — physically, psychologically, and spiritually. While yoga itself can be deeply therapeutic, there is something uniquely powerful about the Y6 experience. It’s not just the practice — it’s the people, the energy, and the culture. From day one, the staff has been incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I immediately felt at home. This is a true no-judgment zone — from both the instructors and the community — where you are supported exactly as you are☺️ The vibe? Absolutely amazing. Y6 isn’t just a studio — it’s a place of connection, growth, and transformation. 💛

The classes are consistently incredible, and each teacher has a unique ability to guide you through a meaningful journey of growth, stretching you beyond your mental, physical, and spiritual limits in the best possible way. Their instruction is thoughtful, inspiring, and deeply grounding. The front desk team is equally wonderful. They are kind, sweet, and genuinely helpful, always making you feel welcomed and supported from the moment you step through the door. This studio is more than a place to practice, it's a community.
