  Loved the way they cared for me! Ms. Lisa is that girrrrrrl! She made me very comfortable, and I was in so much pain. Priscilla even let Me squeeze her arm- to bare the pain I was in! Truly some of the best care I have ever had. My nurse , I can’t remember her name but I believe it started with an S ! She was so beautiful and kind spirited, she was gentle- and knowledgeable. I felt a little faint after getting up too fast, and she came to my rescue! Thankfullyyyy! So grateful for all the amazing women, I was so grateful to have an amazing ing care team . THANK YOU !!

  I had a good experience on arrival as David was very efficient and helpful. NP Stephanie was also very thorough; however, I found the referral to the referral to the er for a CT scan was unnecessary. I showed no signs of a blood clot and did not attend the er as I did not want the unnecessary radiation to my head, not to mention the additional cost to my insurance plan. As a result I did not receive assistance with my actual complaint. I went home to my daughter and took an over the counter pain medicine and put heat on my neck. I continued to have a painful night. Today I will be seeing a chiropractor for assistance. While I’m certain the nurse practitioner was well intended my actual problem was not attended to.

  Carbon health has been my favorite place for any urgent medical needs I have had in the past five years. I do frequent other urgent cares, but this one is hands-down, the easiest, less crowded, and they’re very thorough with appointments. The providers are always attentive, knowledgeable, and the best part is I get right in. No wait!

  I called ahead of time for an appointment and as soon as I got there, they saw me right away. This location is Very clean, comfortable and spacious; the staff is very professional. I Went for what I believe is an Achilles tendinitis. They quickly got me an imaging order and I was on my way out!

  If I could leave zero stars I would. The NP barely took any time with me… I’d say it was approximately 3 minutes. They weren’t busy, so that wasn’t a reason for her rushed and dismissive approach - I was the first person there and only once person came in after me. The NP was dismissive about my symptoms, told me it was about 10 things it could possibly be and was making assumptions about what I was or was not experiencing. She immediately said that I didn’t need medication which is not what I was in there hoping to achieve. I have a newborn so it was important for me to get a diagnoses to know how to mitigate any further spread. She told me I would stop being contagious when I am no longer contagious. 🤦🏻‍♀️
