  Barre3 is such a great studio! The location is super convenient, and the space is clean and welcoming. The staff and instructors are incredibly friendly, approachable, and supportive—no matter your fitness level, you feel comfortable right away. The classes are challenging but still accessible, and I always leave feeling stronger and refreshed. Highly recommend!

  This is the place to go in the South Bay if you want to experience Barre3's unique blend of strength, cardio and mindfulness in a beautiful new studio. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the owner, Abby, is full of sunshine. Classes are challenging yet accessible for a range of ages and fitness levels. I became a founding member and couldn't be happier!

  My experience at Barre3 Redondo Beach has been nothing short of amazing. Abby, the owner, creates such a welcoming and supportive environment and truly makes members feel seen and cared for. All of the instructors are fantastic, every class feels fresh and different, and the community is incredibly friendly. I was looking for a workout I could stay consistent with while actually enjoying the process, making friends, and transforming my body, and Barre3 has been exactly that. It’s challenging enough to see real results, but gentle enough to do regularly without risking injury. Hands down the best boutique fitness experience I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend it enough!

  I cannot say enough good things about this studio! Abby and her team have created a space that feels welcoming the moment you walk in, no matter where you’re starting from. I joined when they opened and was pretty intimidated at first, as I hadn’t been in a group fitness class in a long time and had no idea what to expect. But every instructor makes it easy to show up, offering modifications, encouraging you to listen to your body, and cheering you on to push yourself when you’re ready. It’s only been a few weeks, but I already notice a difference both physically and mentally. I leave every class feeling better than when I walked in. If you’re on the fence, just go. You won’t regret it.

  I had been going to Barre3 for years in South OC before moving to the South Bay, so I was really excited when the Redondo Beach studio opened. I’ve been a founding member since day one, and it’s been such a wonderful experience. Abby (the owner) has created a welcoming, supportive community, and all of the instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and consistent. The studio is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed, and the childcare option makes it much easier to fit classes into a busy schedule! Parking is also a huge plus (there’s a garage with large spots). So grateful for this studio!
