  I feel my appointment went well...everything from checking in, the exam, treatment, and scheduling a follow up appointment were handle in a timely a d prefessional manner. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

  I came in with a variety of Dermatology issues. I was treated kindly and gently and asked appropriate questions about treatment plan and pain levels. I was given clear guidance on each issue that we discussed and am very happy with my visit. I will be returning annually to this Dr for routine check ups.

  My unfortunately rather extensive experience with PacDerm has been kind of a mixed bag. PacDerm probably saved my life in 2019 when I was treated for melanoma, primarily by a wonderful PA, Laura, who (to my knowledge) unfortunately is no longer affiliated with the practice. Most of my many treatments for less serious forms of skin cancer (basal cell) have been unremarkable. One excision of a basal cell site, however, refused to stop bleeding and resulted in several hours in the ER and a one-unit blood transfusion. I have recently had a couple of incisions done by Erika (i believe she is a PA); she had been quite good. She is quick and efficient and explains the procedure quite well. Overall I would recommend this dermatology practice.
