Hello, I might have posted a review on the incorrect store, but the store I visited is the one in Redlands. First and foremost, this review is my own opinion, based on my own experience using The Good Feet Store’s products. First, they make it very difficult for people to leave reviews on their website, and second, I should have done more research on their product, and I am advising anyone that is thinking of using their products to do the same. I started suffering from really bad foot pain about 3 months ago, so bad that I was eager to find a solution, and that’s how I ended up at this store. I spent close to $2k on their products, but the products don’t work at all. After 2 or 3 weeks of wearing their products, my pain has gotten worse, I don’t only have foot pain, I now have back pain as well. I should have read more into their business and practices, and what other professionals say about them. And o should have seen the red flags, like their “no returns” policy. Please, save your money and find different solutions. I tried going to the store and get store credit, I didn’t even ask for my money back (due to their no returns policy), but they forced me into using a different level of insoles, they said I must try something different before they can review my case and see if there is anything else they can do. Again, they stock all of their products, nothing is customized, and for me the products are no good. I do hope that they can at least let me get store credit so that I can get some shoes (they use a really good brand of shoes when they have you try their product), in my opinion, the she is the only good thing they have. I hope that management and/or ownership can start making the right decisions and take care of customers the right way.

Gotta say…takes a hit on the pocketbook! But I’ve been screwing around with my jacked up feet and ankle pain for about ten years…I went in a week ago and got fitted for inserts. Spent the money out of desperation I guess, and I gotta say, it’s the best investment I’ve made! My ankle pain is gone! Praying for ongoing recovery, but so far so good! Thanks to Jay at the Redlands store! He was patient, understanding, and not pushy in any way. I have to highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
