    My son is severely disabled. Our insurance approved a new wheelchair for him. We were supposed to get it from national seating in Redlands. I called everyday on and off for 3 months. The girls would always say ‘oh mark is not in’ ‘he will call you when he is in your town’ I emailed, left voicemails and called corporate. Never heard from anyone!!!! Months later. So we bought our own wheelchair for my 3 year old for $900. Even though it should be covered by insurance. Never using this vendor ever again.

    We love our new wheel chair it's functionality wins alone not to mention the cute custom colors we picked out . Jackie called up to make sure we are satisfied with the quality and function of the new chair. We absolutely love it and are so lucky to qualify for this well made sturdy chair. Thanks again National Seating and Mobility your the best!

    I can't recommend National Seating and Mobility. I was working with National Seating and Mobility for my 92 year old mother-in-law. We dealt with the San Bernardino, CA location. We went to their location on 5/15/24 to fit my mother-in-law for a power scooter. They made their recommendation and then told us 2-3 month wait. The insurance had already authorized it, why so long? I contacted several sources in an attempt to get it earlier. Ultimately, there was no other source. The manufacturer rep told me to work with NSM but tell NSM that we want a newer model, not what was being offered. I spoke to reps at NSM two or three times regarding the newer model. All of this occured before June. Well, they never did anything with the order. It has now been 11 weeks and they told the insurance company representative that they were willing to work with us and get the scooter but, we would have to give them 90 days to complete the order. I went to another local supplier and bought my mother-in-law the scooter today. She loves it.

    They have missed 2 appointments to look at wheelchair repairs. No phone call, no nothing. I've tried calling 27 times. No answers. They say on recording they will return your call. But never do. Kinda sad to treat the disabled this way.

    Wonderful staff. It took a long time for service but I think my insurance had a lot to due with it. I found the staff to be very professional and quick to answer questions and remind me of safety protocol in the use of my chair.
