Several care givers became like family and their care rivaled that of family at my mom's bedside. Their ultimate goal, like ours, was to make her comfortable, and that she feel safe, secure, cared for and loved and they did that. One on one care is so expensive but we felt confident in the care mom received that this was money well spent and absolutely necessary in knowing when we could not be with mom, her care givers treated her with the same care, love and respect in our absence!

Her mobility was decreasing and she needed more assistance. The care givers that were assigned to my mother-in-law were kind, helpful, and supportive. They gave assistance and enabled her to remain fairly independent. It gave us, her family members, peace of mind knowing she had someone coming in a few days a week to take care of basic tasks that had become a burden for her.

Do you provide 24-hour or full-time care?
Yes, we can provide 24 hour care. Since our organization has over 70 caregivers, we are able to confidently serve clients who require round the clock care by setting up three eight hour shifts daily and still have caregivers available for employees call offs or planned vacations.
Is your staff bonded and insured?
Yes, our business does not use contracted or temporary employees. All caregivers are employed directly by our organization and covered under our robust insurance policies.
Is there a background check process for staff?
Yes, all of our employees are background checked, and drug screened. Caregivers are also registered with the California Department of Social Services as Home Care Aids. This registration process includes and FBI and DOJ fingerprinting and background check.
How quickly can you start service?
We know that often times our services are required because of some unfortunate and unexpected event. One of our competitive advantages is that we are often able to start care on the same day if necessary.
Is there a long-term commitment to have care?
No, we only require 7 days notice if you wish to make any changes to the schedule or cancel services.
Do you accept my insurance?
We are an approved vendor with all LTC insurance companies and will assist you in obtaining a reimbursement by providing all required documentation to the carrier, but do not do an "assignment of benefits".
How can I pay?
We have multiple options for paying your invoice. You can write a check and mail it to our office, pay your invoice online, or set up autopay via your credit card or bank account.
Can care only be provided in the home?
No, we often assist clients by driving them to appointments, running errands or picking up groceries. Additionally, we can provide one on one care for your loved one if they are in a facility or hospital setting.
Do you provide 24-hour or full-time care services?
Yes, we provide 24-hour care by scheduling caregivers in three eight-hour shifts daily, supported by over 70 caregivers to ensure coverage even during call offs or vacations.
