JISELLE HAS BEEN WITH ME SINCE I CAME TO HOME INSTEAD...SHE HAS NOT ONLY DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF HER JOB BUT HAS MANAGED TO BRING SOME JOY AND HAPPINESS INTO MY HOME. Yes, we can provide 24 hour care. Since our organization has over 70 caregivers, we are able to confidently serve clients who require round the clock care by setting up three eight hour shifts daily and still have caregivers available for employees call offs or planned vacations.

Yes, our business does not use contracted or temporary employees. All caregivers are employed directly by our organization and covered under our robust insurance policies.

No, we only require 7 days notice if you wish to make any changes to the schedule or cancel services.

We are an approved vendor with all LTC insurance companies and will assist you in obtaining a reimbursement by providing all required documentation to the carrier, but do not do an "assignment of benefits".
