I haven’t had the opportunity to ride with the other instructors yet but I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things! From the fun playlists, motivational messages, eucalyptus towels, and community, there’s nothing like it! Definitely recommend trying a class! You’ll be hooked!

But in person is a much rewarding feeling to go through with it with Eryk and the full class of motivated individuals. The music is great and you can anticipate the rhythm and with Eryk’s inspirational words to push you to your limits and encourages you to exceed a little more with out killing or exhausting you. The facility is clean and inviting with friendly staff. Thank you CycleBar and Eryk!
