  Yes this my current hearing aid place to go too since 2018 I believe. Had to go back in cuz old hearing aid from 2023 wasn’t working properly. Got upgraded and these hearing aid sound so clear I can hear everything clear from voices to tv n phone calls.. yes thank you guys for saving me from getting that CI cochlear implants they try to install in me.. no thanks I got my hearing aids back. Yall great. Clock it 🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🫠😂

  I'm getting my hearing aids here again here . This place ND staff r very welcoming ND attentive to ur needs they have a lot of patience, courteous, ND honest to all patients who come in or new comers . If u need hearing aids this is ur place I give them five stars . I highly recommend this place for obvious reasons no matter the age

  **Review for Yelp:** I recently visited this location and, while I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, my experience was marred by significant communication issues. Upon arrival, I filled out all necessary paperwork without being informed that I could have completed it online. Additionally, I had been instructed to text my medical card coverage prior to my visit, which I did, yet the staff seemed unaware of this. I overheard confusion among the team about my coverage, which was frustrating. The main issue arose when I was informed that I needed to contact United Healthcare regarding my insurance, despite having Blue Shield. After spending over an hour on the phone with my insurance provider, I learned that I do have coverage, including a $1,000 deductible for hearing aids. However, this information was not communicated properly by the staff at the office. Ultimately, I was quoted prices that were not reflective of my actual coverage, and it felt like my concerns were dismissed. My wife, who accompanied me, ended up missing work for a visit that turned out to be unnecessary. While I understand that new staff may need time to adjust, it is critical for a healthcare provider to ensure accurate communication and proper handling of insurance matters. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating enough that I do not plan to return. It’s perplexing how this place receives five-star reviews, given the issues I encountered.

  At AudioNova Redlands location I was given excellent customer service and I appreciate the professional staff greeting me and having my hearing test. I ended up needing hearing aids and when I went to pick up my hearing aids I was shown how to use them and connect them to my iPhone. Great staff and I was treated with compassion adjusting to getting hearing aids for the first time being 61 years old. Brenda Ramirez was very nice & professional. Karen was wonderful scheduling my appointments and was very nice!

  Very professional personal. Place was easy to find and very clean. Melinda was very professional and answered all my questions. The receptionist was polite and respectful. I would recommend Connect Hearing to anyone who has hearing problems.
