  I have always experienced excellent service when coming to this lab. Not only is it a more pleasant atmosphere than LabCorp, but the staff is always friendly.

  By far THE WORST place to get your blood drawn , schedule appointments etc. The staff at this specific location are consistently rude . It seems anything beyond sitting there is an absolute chore for them ! The past 5 times I’ve been in I’ve had the worst experience. Will be calling my primary physician to order my blood work and tests to be done elsewhere . Maybe where the workers don’t loathe their job and having anyone in the lobby doesn’t disgust them and ruin their whole day ! Maybe even their year!! I don’t know . Terrible .

  Quest does there best to make it hard do business with them. In so very many ways, this time an appointment I spent 45min. to set was not. Yup I drove 70 miles and they said no appoint butt I could wait. So I spent 25 min. with Quest service setting a new appointment for an hour later. 15 min. later Amanda calls my name and does my blood draw. Even tho she had to find my doctors order. During the hour I was at Quest, I ran across more than a few very frustrated grumpy elders. Amanda, the only one work at that location assisted everyone with the most professional curious service. Must not have gotten training at Quest. Surprised they haven't fired her for smiling. If not for Amanda I would have posted a one ☆ rating.
