  Although I had an appt later in the week (which I canceled), I wanted to get my labs done sooner. I decided to walk in on a Saturday morning. I was serviced within an hour. The phlebotomist was extremely kind and gentle. I appreciate that my results are sent to me so that I can review them before meeting with the doctor. Quest website is easy to navigate.

  Deirdra was amazing with my daughter. Very personal, professional, and extremely good at her job. Could not believe how quick she was at the blood draw.

  NOT EVEN ONE STAR My nurse made an online appt for a certain time. She indicated ALL services she needed done. She got there and because they had a wait, they wouldn't do it. She drove 3 hours to be there for her PRE-SCHEDULED appt- before the 2pm cutoff. . REFUSED to help my crisis nurse and scoot her to the front of the line. EXTREMELY RUDE to my healthcare traveler. pathetic.
