  I usually do business with Ian and when I came in to learn that Ian was not there and the manager or whoever was running the store did not know when he was going to be back. I was not very happy. Ian was the only reason I went into that store and without them there I will no longer be Returning

  Ill go back to shopping online, horrible company, cares more about the image rather then a very good Manager, who was making the company look great. Get out of our town.

  GNC in the mall in Redding is FABULOUS! Ian has been beyond helpful every time I have gone in there with my endless questions. Wonderful place, wonderful customer service, highly recommended.

  I am writing this and only giving this business a high review, because the female employee who helped me after the male employee Jareld was over abrasive with my husband and I. I felt so embarrassed and condescended by him pulling his phone out and speaking loudly into his phone, "Does GNC carry products for breastfeeding women, and what is lactating". He also was extremely rude to the female employee who was checking us out saying he didn't think the product she suggested was right. We will not shop at the store when he is on shift. We've had wonderful experiences in Redding since we moved here for BSSM, this is our first questionable one. Thank you to the female employee who took over for him and gave us the right information we were seeking without judgement or embarrassment. I will be attempting to make contact with the store manager about the conduct and experience we had, after finding out Jareld wasn't the actual manager, despite claiming to be the shift supervisor. Please visit this business, just avoid employee Jareld if you want to have a good experience without judgement or potential embarrassment because he doesn't know what he's talking about.
