- DJDavid JohnsonOct 9, 20255.0We have had a great experience here. My wife’s earlier hearing aids became more problematic with time. We went to Miracle-Ear for a free hearing test and consultation. James, the hearing aid dispenser, did the usual testing to determine frequency response in her ears, but then, to our surprise, performed a second test to determine word comprehension. With data from the two test results, he programmed demonstration hearing aids for best assistance with both frequency response and comprehension. With these aids in place, her hearing dramatically improved, even beyond what my wife had experienced in the original units from another brand. We purchased a set based on this demonstration along with an hour-long discussion with friends who are recent Miracle-Ear users and delighted with how they can now hear. As we drove home with new hearing aids, we talked normally, without the usual “what did you say?” questions! She can also now much better hear what grandchildren are saying. They are comfortable to wear all day, and are configured to use with her mobile phone. It is almost like she never lost part of her hearing! With these instruments, all regular checkups, cleanings, and re-configuring for possible ear changes are included in the initial purchase price. And…..what a pleasant team at this Miracle-Ear office. All are deeply knowledgeable and professional, but also unfailingly a genuine pleasure to work with.

The top of the line hearing aids are unbelievably effective! My husband has been wearing hearing for a few years & has used several other brands. He was frustrated because he missed out on many conversations. He now enjoys wearing his hearing aids & can hear even in noisy environments. I now need aids also...it has been effortless adjusting to these. We wholeheartedly recommend Miracle Ear!
