For the grave sin of being 13 minutes late to my eye exam I was treated with the upmost disrespect by a technician whose demeanor, unprofessionalism, and inexperience I tolerated for too long before walking out.

It took 10 days for them to call me and tell me that my frames weren’t in stock. Thought they called to let me know they were ready. 10 days to notice the frames aren’t available. They did say sorry though.

It was very easy to make an appointment and everything was very efficient. Unfortunately I didn’t know they only do Telehealth exams, and I wasn’t notified until halfway through my appointment when it was time for me to see the doctor. Had I known this ahead of time I would have gone somewhere else.

The experience at Lens Crafters was great! I had lots of frames to choose from and could even get lenses in old pair of frames! I was well informed by the sales person and he was able to answer all my questions. He explained everything clearly and was very professional and friendly! So glad I went to Lens Crafters. Their hours were helpful too!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
