  My 1st experiance was very good but the last 2 experiances was too bad because in February, I was forced to cancel my Doctor's appoitment! Because I received my results after 3 weeks and after many messages. In March, our apointments, for my wife and me were in 03/24 at 9:30, she received her results the day after but In didn't receive them till today even I sent 1 eamil and 1 message about this subject but no abswer!!?? Another problem, we moved and I changed accordignly the address in mw wife's account but I can't change it in my account, I sent 3 emails about this subject but also no answer till now.

  the first walkin day was 4 1//2 hours and I left. No words from anyone that worked there. the second day was great. Your website needs help !!!!! I cant get on with my computer or phone.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this lab. They seem to have no respect for walk-in patients. After waiting for an hour and a half, I politely asked about the delay, but the staff responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner, telling me I just had to sit and wait and that they couldn’t guarantee when I would be seen.
