  Came here with my grandfather after he got bit by a dog. Receptionist could've been more helpful, kind, and urgent as we came in with his arm actively bleeding. the nurse with the septum piercing was very kind to us. In total, $180 was billed to the owner of the dog, so we didn't have to pay anything, but the cost alone is astounding, as all they did was clean up his arm.

  Not equipped to treat young children for sutures. I wish the front desk would made that clear before I checked in and paid. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience

  Shout out to the staff working 4/3 evening shift, y'all were amazing. I needed a physical done for school/work and some urgent care facilities don't conduct the procedures I needed. I contacted them via phone and email and their response time was fast for both. Staff were quick, clear, efficient, and very accommodating. The doctor was especially kind and patient with me while getting my medical history, despite my terrible reporting skills and inability to do basic math on the spot. Left with everything I needed! - TT

  Where are all these good reviews coming from? I went in for a sinus infection. I told them it was a sinus infection. Instead, they tested me for Covid strep throat, and the flu. All of those tests came back negative. What a surprise! I was literally told to take Sudafed. I ended up at my regular practitioner a week later to get antibiotics. I was told by their provider that the antibiotics would make it worse. They billed my insurance $520. They were paid $320.10 by my insurance I’m still responsible for $199. All to be told to take Sudafed. In addition, I’m now responsible for extra charges to my regular practitioner. Had they actually treated me for a sinus infection I wouldn’t be out of pocket hundreds of dollars. PS you won’t see an actual doctor. Update/reply to the comment below. I certainly know the difference between the flu and a sinus infection. You treated me like a revenue stream versus a patient. The fact that I am still on the hook for $199, After spending about 20 minutes in your facility and told to take Sudafed is ridiculous. Ridiculous you’ve already been paid $320 from my insurance company.

  Took one of my kids in last night for an xray. We had an appointment for 5:30. We did all the paperwork ahead of time online. After getting there at 5:15 we weren’t taken to a room until 6:20. We don’t get an X-ray until almost 7. The nurse and Dr were very nice and we were honey 7:20. I’d give those 2 people a 5. Waiting almost 1:30 sucked.
