I arrived early hoping to get in earlier than appt time (2:30)since I informed front desk that I had another appt an hr after my scheduled appt. I waited and waited and was then told 30 mins after my scheduled appt that Dr. was running behind. I was not seen on my scheduled time nor close to it so I had no choice but to leave your facility to make my other appt. Very disappointed that patients time is not considered as high priority.

With all of the texting before I get there about making my appointment at a certain time is excessive. If you get a reply that says you’re gonna be there that’s enough I would think. If you’re running an hour late with AI now there should be a way to program your system to let people know that you are an hour late and that they don’t have to leave home yet. Could be you have some other appointments at that time of day as well later. I like my doctor very much very well-versed. Condition. One other thing, I have a $20 deductible every office call with my insurance company. Your facility obviously has no way to accept a debit for $20. But yet you can put it it on paper and mail it to the customer as I. That expense of preparing a bill is greater than having someone except a $20 draw from my debit card I do believe Might look into that for your office.
