- DMDiane MartinezNov 2, 20235.0I was going to Dr Moranda on a regular basis, then I had a terrible accident, lost several teeth, broke a couple more, over a years work and she walked me through all of it gently and extremely professionally culminating in me walking out of her office completely satisfied with new teeth as close to the original ones as they could be. Her staff treated me like family as well, making a horrible situation easier to bear.

But their office manager (I assume, older lady) is an absolutley unfriendly horrible not customer centered person. She is the type of person who should NOT be in the customer facing business. Just not pleasant either on the phone or in person. Sad.......:-(
