For two years, they have helped me with my hearing aids even though I had not bought them through AudioNova. And for two years, we discussed but never purchased a new hearing aid. Then my dog ate one of them, so I had little choice but to buy a new one. Although we now live in another state, I called Katrina and told her my budget, and she was a miracle worker in finding a pair that fit my budget. She programmed them and shipped them to me. I called her the day after arrival and we did a video call and she adjusted them through my iphone. Amazing. Thank you Katrina.

Then the back manager gave us a loaner hearing aide until grandmas new hearing aide comes in. Both ladies are professional and very accommodating.
