We were visiting and my Mom’s hearing aids weren’t working. We just stopped in and Monica checked them out. It was the filter and now she can hear. Monica was so friendly, pleasant and helpful! She saved the day!!!!!

What fabulous service! My puppy chewed my grandmas hearing aide to little bits. Monica was so helpful to get us into the business right away. Then the back manager gave us a loaner hearing aide until grandmas new hearing aide comes in. Both ladies are professional and very accommodating. Thank you Connect hearing for helping my grandma to hear again.

Frequently Asked Questions About AudioNova

When should I use hearing protection?

You should always use hearing protection when engaging in high-noise recreational activities or work. These activities may include hunting, music concerts, motor sports, and/or construction. Noise-induced hearing loss can result from prolonged exposure to noise or a single, extremely loud event. The louder the sound, the quicker it can cause damage. If you notice ringing in your ears or temporary hearing loss after a loud noise exposure, the environment was too noisy and could be harmful. If that ringing or temporary hearing loss is persistent, it would be a good idea to contact us for a hearing evaluation.

Should I get my hearing tested?

If you suspect that you or a loved one may be experiencing hearing loss, it’s recommended that you seek help sooner rather than later. Hearing loss tends to develop gradually and is often noticeable to close friends and family well before the affected individual realizes it. Identifying and treating hearing loss promptly is crucial. Ignoring it could lead to significant long-term effects, such as increased risk of depression and dementia.
