  It is not safe here. I feel bad for the ladies who work here dealing with no supervisor on site or security. There are so many rude men and women coming in yelling and being aggressive. Harassing and bullying them. Last time I came in I witnessed multiple people being disrespectful to them. They are so sweet and remained professional. But, I’m surprised for such a big company that makes so much money to not have some sort of security or reception area. I will never be coming back and I hope everyone is safe coming in here. The restrooms and sinks are also very filthy every time I’ve come. Shame on you Quest Diagnostics.

  The nurse was very professional; the blood draw for my physical exam wasn't very painful, and the procedure was performed quickly. The only downside is that if you don't have an appointment, you have to wait for a long time. I recommend always making an appointment before visiting, as there are often many people waiting.

  Very unprofessional. No way to contact the office. When you enter, there is no one to help or ask for assistance. You enter a room with no reception, just checking in machines and chairs. Then after making an appointment, I still had to wait for 20 minutes. When asked why they aren’t contactable, she said, “Oh yea, we don’t answer the phone here.” Like that’s a normal response.

  Rude African American lady that should have been kicked out IMMEDIATELY! I almost called 911. What the heck is wrong with people?! Your staff put up with so much nonsense from her. She should be banned! Otherwise my experience there was great.

  I was just in there this morning to drop off a stool sample. A white heavyset woman that was extremely grumpy. Looks at me and says where did you get this from and I stated I got it from here. Then rudely, she stated why is it your name on the vile I said, because They only told me to put the date on it. Then rudely again she stated do you realize how old this is, and I stated I know this was the only timeslot they had available for me. I’ve never been treated so rudely at this facility and I’ve been there several times and everybody else was very nice and cordial. This was a heavyset, white woman beware of her…..!!!! Management should sit her down and have a word with her and teach her how to be kind and polite to her customers. I hope there isn’t gonna be any problems with the stool sample. I brought to her cause if there is quest is gonna hear from me.
