Ivan was extremely courteous, nice and helpful in every way possible. I came in simply to get my nose guard replace on my frames. Not only did he do that, he deep cleaned my glasses fitted them perfectly. And returned them to me basically looking refurbished. He exceeded my expectations as far as customer service goes. And is definitely a stand out at the Vg’s LensCrafters location. Superb work!

I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters thanks to Ivan. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was Ivan’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, he didn’t rush anything and made sure my glasses fit perfectly and looked great. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a friendly, approachable attitude.
If you’re visiting LensCrafters, I highly recommend asking for Ivan. He truly goes above and beyond!

My daughter and I needed to have our glasses repaired. I thought it was going to be a long process to fix both pair of frames but our associate Ivan was very fast and efficient. He was friendly and explained what could have happened. Ivan also let us know that we could always come in for an adjustment if we needed. Our service didn't cost anything which I appreciate.

Kenneth was really great and extremely patient when adjusting my glasses which I use all day. I’ve had to take them to various LensCrafters and he was the one who was able to fit them correctly. The adjustments have taken away the pressure I had in my temples. Thank you!

5 stars for Jennifer! Jennifer was the most patient, kindest, sweetest soul I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Just on a whim, I stopped by looking for a particular frame and Jennifer found it for me! I have been a LC customer for 20+ years at a different location and I have never experienced such awesome customer service as I did yesterday. I only “tolerated” the mediocre customer service due to the location convenience but not anymore! I will forever return to VG. Not only does the VG location have a harmonious feel to it, the store is very organized and very well stocked! Thank you so much Jennifer!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
