Not only did he do that, he deep cleaned my glasses fitted them perfectly. And returned them to me basically looking refurbished. He exceeded my expectations as far as customer service goes. And is definitely a stand out at the Vg’s LensCrafters location. Superb work!

Just on a whim, I stopped by looking for a particular frame and Jennifer found it for me! I have been a LC customer for 20+ years at a different location and I have never experienced such awesome customer service as I did yesterday. I only “tolerated” the mediocre customer service due to the location convenience but not anymore! I will forever return to VG.
