It’s one thing to just do the job, it’s an entirely different thing to go above and beyond, and be so kind and helpful to visitors. He was so patient and offered great suggestions. He also troubleshooted very effectively when we were placing the orders, where I’m sure others would have thrown up their hands in defeat. It’s so rare to meet someone so competent and simultaneously so kind these days. I’ve been to a few different Warby Parkers but this is where I’ll send all my friends and family thanks to Randy.
