The first pharmacy couldn’t process it because they thought info was missing, so I left empty-handed. I tried another pharmacy, but they were closed. Finally, I went to Ralph’s pharmacy, and the pharmacist there (initials NP) ran into the same issue — but instead of sending me away, she took the time to investigate and found the info she needed to get it filled. I really appreciated her going the extra mile. If she hadn’t, I would’ve been out of luck, and my dog really needed that medication. Thank you, NP — you made a hard day a little easier. 💙
