Why is the phone permanently off??? I have tried calling for weeks at various times of the day and get the same message that the pharmacy is closed due to a 45 minute lunch break. ALL DAY! Fix your phone this is not okay and I’m shocked nothings been done about it!

This pharmacy used to be fine up until a few months ago, around the time a new woman (who also happens to be responsible for all of the "mix-ups") was hired. I went to this pharmacy for about a year with no issues until this employee started getting things confused whenever I try to pick up my medically necessary, life-saving medication. Despite no changes or issue with insurance, she repeatedly says it's not working and to call the company myself. I call, no issues on the insurance end. Today, after working with three different people to figure out the issue, we find that this Safeway employee had been mis-entering information (incorrect birth date, misreading ID #, etc.). This has repeatedly obstructed my ability to maintain my health and caused me undue suffering/harm. Please do not use this pharmacy if you need your medication to live or you might die. please screen employees responsible for vital roles in the medical industry for competence. This is not a chicken-salad, this is my health.
