Was asked to shop around for about 20 minutes, came back and was told meds still werent ready all while hearing the gentlemen behind the counter chatting about pokemon card stations and opening up laundromats. Very unhappy with the quality of service. Waited an hour before coming in and waited about 45 minutes after the initial 20 minute request. Also, Rocky thought being rude from the other side of the pharmacy was appropriate instead of just apologizing for the wait and not having the medication. Very unprofessional.

He literally goes above and beyond to help the customers. He’s helped me out so much and on so many occasions. When we were in between benefits and it was difficult to find the right insurance and the price was astronomical, Rocky went way above and beyond and found my medication for a fraction of the price. It was a lifesaver. He brought tears of happiness to my eyes because I truly needed my meds and he helped me find a way. He is amazing. Also Sylvia has been helpful too. I know the whole pharmacy departments nationwide are run very thin since Covid hit us, and we all have been frustrated with the wait time, but the pharmacy department are just people too and they want to get us our meds asap, so take it easy on them. They all deserve a raise. Thank you Safeway pharmacy.
