I could not wait as I had an appointment they told me come back another day and that I could go walk the mall?? That is not a way to treat a client. There was another gentleman that was waiting amd no one seemes to care to help him and he thought i worked at the store and he left without being served. I landed up going to another eye glass store who fixed my glasses under 5 minutes with no charge. Never will I step a foot in this store again!!!
