Après plus de deux semaines d’attente pour mes lunettes, on m’a informé qu’une erreur avait été commise et que la commande devait être refaite, ce qui ajoute encore plusieurs semaines d’attente !! De plus, lors de ma première expérience avec des verres de contact, je n’ai reçu aucun accompagnement adéquat. La dame m’a expliqué rapidement la procédure, puis m’a laissé seul dans la salle. J’ai dû regarder des vidéos sur YouTube pendant plus d’une heure pour essayer de comprendre comment les manipuler. Lorsque j’ai demandé gentiment si quelqu’un d’autre pouvait m’aider à les enlever, elle m’a répondu en criant. Je suis très déçu du service reçu. Je recommande de bien réfléchir avant d’acheter vos lunettes ou vos verres de contact à cet endroit !!
