  Je viens tout juste d’appeler pour demander une consultation en urgence en vu de rougeurs aux yeux la personne qui a répondu m’a raccroché directement au nez, je rappelle et je passe sur la messagerie comme quoi les lignes sont occupées.

  Une excellente expérience d'achat. Les vendeuses travaillent en équipe, en étant à l'écoute. Elles proposent des produits adaptés, sont patientes, et très efficaces. Le service est rapide, professionnel et agréable. Elles répondent à toutes les questions, et conseillent au mieux en fonction des besoins. À aucun moment je ne me suis senti forcé, j'ai pu choisir en liberté , et mon choix final a été non seulement ce dont j'avais besoin, mais en plus, je suis satisfait de la qualité et du prix. Je recommande vivement, surtout si vous achetez votre première paire, vous aurez 40% de réduction.

  Adeel's management at lens crafters was excellent. I purchased a pair of sunglasses in London last summer, and unfortunately, one of the screws fell loose. When I went to get them fixed at LensCrafters, my mother and pup Benny were visiting, and he was quite overwhelmed in the mall. I showed up shortly before close, and Adeel graciously fixed them up for free. Thank you, Adeel! I will definitely return next time I need a new pair of sunglasses.

  Update: I had a great experience (AGAIN) at the store, especially thanks to Adeel, the manager, who personally assisted me. What really stood out to me was how he remembered me even though he had only met me once before when he took my measurements. When I came back, he immediately recognized me and even mentioned that one of his in-laws is Filipina. It’s a small thing, but moments like that create a genuine human connection and make you feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. On top of that, Adeel went above and beyond to help me sort out a complicated situation with my credit cards and made sure everything was taken care of. He was patient, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. It’s refreshing to receive this kind of personal service. I definitely felt valued as a customer, and Adeel is a great representation of what excellent customer service should look like. Five stars! Old Review: I had a really good experience at the new LensCrafters location inside the Montreal Eaton Centre, just beside Marshalls. The store is new, spacious, and has a great selection of frames and other options to choose from. The sales associate was very polite, patient, and helpful in answering all of my questions. He explained my options well and was knowledgeable enough that I ended up purchasing new lenses for my Meta Wayfarer Gen 2 glasses. The other associate who took my measurements was also very nice, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, I forgot both of their names, but I still wanted to take the time to mention how great they were. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, and the staff definitely contributed to it. I’m glad I stopped by the new location!
