I went in Sunday the 6th of september to get an appointment for an eye exam and told them I was getting married the 19th and needed new glasses. In under two weeks, i got an appointment, ordered my glasses and received them in time for the wedding. The care for detail is exactly why they got a customer for life. Aucun appel, texto ou courriel pour me prévenir. On me propose ensuite d’attendre jusqu’au 31 octobre (2 mois après), sans réelle compréhension de la part du personnel, alors que je suis resté calme et courtois. Un service client franchement décevant pour une nouvelle succursale. À éviter !

Après 5 visites aux magasin, nous revenons les mains (et visage) vide, sans aucune solution concernant notre garantie de crédit de Luxotica en magasin chez Lenscrafters à Brossard. Selon Luxotica, Lenscrafters et leur dépositaires qui est sensé honorer les garanties. Ils (Lenscrafters, Brossard) nous ont remis la balle (responsabilité) à 5 reprises, sans jamais vouloir intervenir auprès de Luxotica. C'est innacceptable et irresponsable. Est-qu'ils sont gentil? Oui, jusqu'à temps qu'il y est un problème!!!! Un client frustré et épuisé d'options. Nous avons perdu environs $1300 avec cette mésaventure, que nous sommes pas près à oublier. Conseils : magasiner votre lunetterie avant de confier votre dossier chez Lenscrafters de Brossard. Beau magasin, mais service à la clientèle nul.
