  Sloppy work and rude employees. I uploaded photographs of my health insurance card and looks like they entered my info incorrectly. They wasted days and hours of my time insisting I had no insurance when it looks like they made a “human error” and typed the info incorrectly. What I have a problem with is they didn’t double check their own typing. Imagine if they incorrectly filled a prescription with the wrong dose, because of sloppy reading/ typing. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. The employees need to read and take to heart the “Ladder of Accountability”. Instead when I ask why they didn’t double check their own key strokes they get defensive. Zero accountability. Took over two weeks and no prescription as of yet. Will never fill a prescription with this pharmacy ever again.

  UPDATE: I originally gave them 1 start, but after speaking with the manager based on their response to my original review, she apologized for the misunderstanding and original handling of my problem. She also honored the first pricing quoted to me for my first prescription and gave the correct price for all refills, which is less than the cost from major national pharmacies. I appreciate the manager's committement to customer service and I now look forward to getting my refills through them in the future. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- These people quoted me a price for my full prescription and then delivered half the amount. They still charged me the full amount quoted for half the prescription. When questioned about the discrepancy the guy I talked to said I got the amount I paid for and whoever I spoke to originally gave me the wrong information. He proceeded to hang up on me. If they had quoted me their correct price for my full prescription, I would have been able to get it cheaper at CVS. They offered no explanation other than " too bad." Don't buy from them. Don't believe any pricing they give you if you have to have the prescription delivered. If I could give them zero Stars , I would. They are incompetent liars.

  Apotheco Pharmacy personnel was friendly. They filled my prescription efficiently. When their staff realized my prescription was not covered by my insurance they were able to obtain a coupon to help me cover the cost of my prescription. Thank you.

  My first time working with you and am very impressed! They were great with follow up calls, and the package was delivered and waiting for me when I got home. It was fantastic.
