  love this little slice of heaven in the hills, whenever i visit my family in the suburbs this is my go to yoga spot! i convinced my aunt and cousin, yoga virgins, to do a double header of a c2 followed by an hpf with Mary Beth for Christmas classes and we all loved it! edit to add- took Hannah's HPF and it was killer! so fun and sooo hot. the perfect class tbh.

  I love the friendly staff who always welcome me and my husband with a smile. They are so knowledgeable about yoga practice and give alternative postures or positions during class to fit everyone's needs. The cleanliness in the studio is amazing - the staff always clean and sanitize the studios after class, and the changing rooms are always spotless. Lastly, I love the variety of classes offered throughout the day. It gives me and my husband a chance to try different classes with different teachers we have not tried before. Thank you CorePower Yoga - Poway for a great experience.

  Love the poway studio, teachers are wonderful and the women's locker room is always nice and cool temp- I appreciate being able to cool down faster after class and a shower.
