I always make an appointment and, this time, my total visit was less than five minutes.
I had my appt at 7am and was out by 7:20am. Very satisfied with that. Cari is a wonderful person. She is very caring and compassionate, and you can see she really cares about the patients.
Always have a professional experience with technician, and they are very informative.

Scheduling online was fast and convenient. I was able to check in on my phone while we parked. The waiting room was ample, clean and hand sanitizer available with kiosks for those without smartphones.
There was DMVish announcement board showing your place in line.
I only waited maybe 8 minutes past my appointment and was promptly taken to a private draw station.
The best part was my phlebotomist Cari who was excellent at her job.
Friendly, informative and most of all, highly skilled in venture!
1 stick and no hematoma, which I’m generally not accustomed to!

I went to Pomona Quest and the head manager there was very rude to me. I had an appointment and came with orders from multiple doctors. The tech took a while to input them all and prepare for the blood draw, but the manager was pushing her to hurry up and came into the room to inform me that I should have booked two blocks of time because I was being unfair to the other people due to it taking a while to input the orders. The manger was unkind to the the tech and rude to me. When the tech was unable to get good flow on my stick the manager came in, took over, and attempted one stick tha was you successful. She then chastised me about drinking more water and told me to go and sit in waiting room and re-sign in as a standby patient. There were 26 patients on the standby list. She said I could try another location, I explained that there were no am appointments available within 30 miles and that due to my health I could not fast for several more hours. The manager was very unsympathetic. I explained I made the appointment 3 weeks prior and she told me that it was my fault for not booking multiple slots and my docs for not electronically inputting tests…she refused to try a different draw location, the tech had previously told me that each person could try twice, I explained it had only been 3 and she said she did not have time to allow for everyone to try. I am thin and veins are easily seen and palpable. She stated she would only try again after waiting in stand by. It was a horrible experience at Pomona and this manager needs a lesson in hospitality, customer service and general manners/understanding that people are coming in for health concerns and that some are dealing with substantial problems and do not need the added stress of a hostile employee. My experience at Upland was the opposite. Very helpful, quick and tech was kind and efficient.
